How we play

Rules

The short version. Referees have the final say on match day.

  1. 01

    Squad & eligibility

    Rosters of up to 12. All players must be 18+ and registered before they take the field. A team needs at least 5 players to avoid a forfeit.

  2. 02

    Match play

    Throw ins permitted. No offside. Slide tackles are not permitted. Keepers may not handle a deliberate back-pass.

  3. 03

    Standings & tie-breakers

    A win is 3 points, a draw is 1. Ties are broken by goal difference, then goals for, then head-to-head result.

  4. 04

    Conduct

    Referee decisions are final. A red card is an automatic one-game suspension. Ascent is a Rise Together league — leave the ego in the car park.
